The stay was pleasant with excellent service and a fantastic breakfast, featuring made-to-order items like savory crepes. However, navigating the stairs to the breakfast area was a challenge for us. Despite this, the hotel's location made exploring easy, and the staff was accommodating in arranging an early breakfast for our group.

The air conditioning unit on the third floor is a nuisance, buzzing every 15 minutes!!! A lack of views due to ceiling windows is disappointing for those who want to enjoy the scenery!!!

The staff demonstrated exceptional service by arranging an early breakfast for my group before our international flight, including dishes like freshly made crepes. The spacious room offered a comfortable atmosphere for work and relaxation.

However, the stairs to the upper floors were a bit challenging, and the limited view from the room was a drawback.

wit stwosz is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the city center. my attic room was spacious and clean, equipped with skylights to enjoy the snow view. the breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic selection, especially the fresh salads.

however, there was some street noise at night.
